I saw a helicopter flying so low I thought it was in trouble. But there are at least 5 local LEO depts, including ATF and the FBI; involved.

As OP said, while Memphis is, Collierville is not a black area. Also, that's a REALLY high body count for dindunuffin shenanigans. This one might just be this year's gun control poster child shooting. Not that anybody is giving up guns just because some new lunatic shot a bunch of people.
