Back in 1905, the supreme court ruled in Jacobson v. Massachusetts that It is within the police power of a State to enact a compulsory vaccination law, and it is for the legislature, and not for the courts, to determine Page 197 U. S. 12 in the first instance whether vaccination is or is not the best mode for the prevention of smallpox and the protection of the public health. Before this was reconstruction, before that was the civil war, before that, well you get the point. As of right now, the emporer Xiden can force you to take the vaccine at gun point unless congress passes a new law overriding the supreme court, or the supreme court reexamines the previous ruling. There is only one way to preserve liberty and freedom now, by watering a tree. WRONG. I am so sick of this lie. This ruling FORCED HIM TO PAY THE FINE, NOT TAKE THE INJECTION. He never took the injection, and never served jail time. It is not lawful to force someone to take a vaccine, but it is lawful to levy a fine in lieu. I will gladly pay whatever fine is issued. The court still ruled in favor of the government and against personal freedom, that's what's important here. And what happens if the fine is 10k and you can't pay it. Don't pay traffic fines and see what happens Moran. Of course they will, because the entire government and society has, become rotten with corruption, graft and greed. I don't know why anyone still thinks any part of it is still clean and going to save them. Frankly the supreme court fell to corruption long ago, when they gave fictitious entities the rights of the citizens allowing them to become shields of liability for the despots of the corporate neo aristocracy.
