TEENAGERS can overrule their parents and get the Covid jab if they are deemed "competent" to make the decision, a minister sensationally admitted today.

After repeatedly promising parents that parental consent will be required for teens to be jabbed, Nadhim Zahawi admitted there is a loophole where under 16s will be able to get around it.
