if schools = judge's bank account then yes it all makes sense and the judge should be tarred/feathered.

I wonder how long the appeal will take. My guess is now we will see the flood gates open and all the liberal counties will state that everyone must wear masks.

Our town had someone drive a front loader through the president of the school boards house here. 2 weeks later and the mask mandate ended... funny coincidence

So governors aren't overstepping authority when they IMPOSE mask mandates but they are when they BAN them? What kind of hokey pokey bullshit do they expect us to believe? Time to just pull our kids out of school so the districts don't get their money PERIOD!!!

I have already done this for this whole year and probably longer. And I sent several emails to the school board enthusiastically explaining why.

Now the first half of the day my kids learn reading, writing, math, science, history. The second half they learn:

SURVIVAL

FIREARMS TRAINING AND SAFETY

URBAN/SUBURBAN/RURAL AND CQ SELF DEFENSE

MECHANICS/ENGINEERING/PROBLEM SOLVING

METEOROLOGY

I WILL NEVER SEND MY KIDS BACK TO CUCKOLD TRAINING SCHOOL UNTIL THE CUCK TEACHERS AND ADMINISTRATORS ARE REMOVED AND DEPOTENTIATED FOR GOOD!!!

Even though they will loose federal money per every child taken out you must still pay your property tax.

However, try to not pay your property taxes and see where that gets you.

The federal DOJ has threatened to investigate and sue the state of Texas for our governors executive order. I wrote my governor here in TX the other day telling him to refuse federal dollars and kick out the DOE. No federal dollar=no federal control. Clear violation of the tenth amendment.

So ignore the judge!

Funny, the left was all for mask mandates issued by governors in 2020. Ohhhh,right - they were leftist governors who can do no wrong. Governors on the right aren't allowed to do same.

Because the school makes examples of the kids who 'ignore the judge'. They absolutely terrorize them, isolate them and then wind up expelling them anyways, making the kids feel like they did something wrong. I went through this numerous times last year with my kids and wound up in front of a school board that showed obvious signs that they had no interest in listening to anything parents had to say, and they were just humoring procedure when sitting through meetings where parents were allowed to speak.

That's why it is so hard.

I cannot convey how infuriating it is when you're standing and talking in front of a school board who make obvious signs that they think you're a loon and show zero interest in anything you have to say. And after a day of doing nothing but listen to parent after parent bring every point to the table of why masks mandates are harmful and useless with practically no parent showing any support for mandates and then they vote for the mandate anyways. It makes you want to come unglued right then and there. Plus none of our school board members have any kids in school in this district so there is zero compassion for what they are voting for. It has become obvious long ago that they were put there to serve an agenda and that's all they care about.

Judges have NO ENFORCEMENT ability!

The governor already is. What's he going to do? Fire the judge? Just exactly how do you propose the governor ignores the judge? It would be up to the school boards to ignore the judge and most of them are liberal cucks.

... on the flipside...this must mean that every Governor who has mandated masks did so without legal authority too.
