Here's the deal on exemptions.

On paper they say you can get one but in reality they're not going to give you one even if your reason is extremely legitimate.

My friend just got told by a doctor even though the vaccine has put both his sister and his dad in the ICU twice that this isn't a good enough reason to get him an exemption.

(Even though he has a documented family history of very direct relatives being severely hurt by the vaccine)

So realistically, no, an exemption is not an option.

In theory you kinda can. You can request a PVR, a premature voluntary release. A date will be set for your exit and you'll be expected to continue your duty until that date. Not sure how they would handle an outright refusal to get the shot while you wait for your exit though.

For people who don't know. Military personnel are not subject to the constitution of the United States. They are subject to the UCMJ(Uniform Code of Military Justice)

Refusing the shot is the same as refusing a direct order. You will be subject to court martial or captain's mast and dishonorably discharged.

Once that happens, you are officially a second class citizen(no voting, no gun ownership, etc.)

Gulf War -Vaccine Syndrome- Experimental Anthrax Vaccine has been given to 500,000 military personnel had received
the anthrax vaccine, the AVEC reported that 1,841 reports involving 3,991 adverse events had been submitted to VAERS.

3,991 X100 = 399,100 adverse events when adjusted for
the ~1% reporting Rate to VAERS.

Reported Conditions include:
multiple sclerosis
joint symptoms
gastrointestinal problems
redness at the injection site
rash elsewhere on the body
malaise/fatigue
arthralgia
headache
arthralgia-related multisymptom illness, defined as including arthralgia and two or more of the
following: malaise/fatigue, paresthesia, memory loss, sleep disorder, and altered mentation.

One hundred forty-seven events were classified as serious or medically important. These included five cases of an
anaphylactic-type reaction, four cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome, three cases of multiple sclerosis, two
cases each of seizure, diabetes, and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, and one case each of lupus, rheumatoid
arthritis, and fibromyalgia.

Of the 147 serious/medically important events, 26 were identified as possibly, probably, or certainly the result of the vaccine. Others were identified as unlikely, unrelated, or unclassifiable. Of the six deaths reported, four were identified as unrelated to the vaccine, and two wereunclassifiable. The AVEC concluded that the evidence indicates that AVA was not associated with an
unusually high rate of serious adverse events and identified no pattern of problems with specific lots.
