I have been hospitalized only twice with severe anaphylactic shock and it has taken a lot of drugs to stop it. I can not take the risk and I my Drs agree. Out of nowhere my face, hands and feet started swelling and I broke out in hives all over. They quickly gave me benadryl as my throat wasn't closing. Quoting: m0r3 Both me and my sister found out the same day. Getting a cavity filled and about 10 minutes in both of us started having extremely bad reactions. Sister had some issues breathing. Both of us could barely stand up. Blood pressure dropped I believe. We were both sweating bullets, shaking, and nauseated. I was about 9 and my sister was 7. Every time I go I have to make sure they are aware of my allergy.
