If you had a billion dollar budget, how would you regenerate Kabul / Afghanistan?

The money is currently locked up.

If I have to raise my own funds to help, I may do that. I won't sit here daydreaming about rumoured accounts all day, but they are an interesting urban myth.

My experience is most people in low-infrastructure nations are happy to brainstorm ideas, as long as you tread carefully and respectfully. I've been in contact with friends in East and West Timor for 10 years, and have helped them start businesses, just from talking online.

I am not telling people to do anything. I'm helping chart a new course for humanity ~IF~ people want to follow that route. If they don't, my group will find a way out of here.

Doors may open on December 21st this year.

Seeing as we already have the infrastructure, the question becomes:

What hashtags and influencer strategies could we use to improve life in Afghanistan?

They didn't have the VFX capabilities to create the footage of those mushroom clouds back in the day.

Fluid simulations like that only became possible in the 90's.

Who set up the Taliban, and other hardline Islamic militants?

Ask them their opinion on Americans and Afghans. Listen to the replies humbly.

I would take that billion dollars, smuggle it out of Afghanistan on an airplane, and never return.
