Anonymous Coward User ID: 80359471 United States 08/02/2021 04:30 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I’m still dealing with the after effects of having Covid in March 2020 (probably Long Haul Covid) but I’m managing. I’m not getting vaxxed - I’m way too scared it’ll exacerbate my health issues. So I want to compile a list of things to have ready to prevent another infection or to help treat symptoms if I get it again. This is what I have so far: Quoting: LisaS 78398217 1. Ivermectin or HCQ from Frontline Doctors 2. Budesonide with a nebulizer in case of respiratory issues (I already use Budesonide in nasal irrigation daily so I have it on hand) 3. Already taking vitamins C, zinc, D3, going to add in Quercetin for inflammation 4. Bought a bottle of Andrographis Paniculata that Thailand just announced they are using against covid (it helps stop viral replication in cells) Does anyone have anything they could add in? Definitely wear a mask. Probably three. Stand six feet away from everyone. And several rounds of deadly gene therapy injections... Oh, and watch CNN. Maybe eat some aspartame too. It's the right thing to do!! |

User ID: 80688114 United States 08/02/2021 04:42 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I wish what I got last year was a 2 day cold. I have friends that had it for a week and it wasn’t that bad. I dont have an explanation for why I’m still having lasting effects from it, but it sucks. I don’t have a great immune system. I’m the type that the person next to me gets sick for 2 days and I wind up with a 3 week sinus infection. So I want to be prepared in case I get infected again. I was hoping for some helpful ideas from people. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78398217 You most likely have a lot of damage to your body but again this was from the first time. You body now knows how to fight it off. It will not take a week for it to learn. It will start right away now. I would worry about round 2 just as much as any other cold. Have some stuff ready to stay in bed for few days. Really should have this anyway. yoman |

Also consider Zinc, Azithromyxin, Melatonin, NAC, Pepcid/Famotidine, Aspirin (good clot buster), Dandelion leaf tea. Eucalyptus pastilles, Tea Tree oil and sage oil also are good. Keep hydrated. STOP TAKING any oral contraceptives (blood clot issues with some). |

I am like you, someone can be sick for a day and I wind up sick in bed for days... The only thing I can tell you is that I read Quercetin should not be taken if you have kidney disease (which I hope you don't). FOUR TERMS FOR OUR PRESIDENT! |

User ID: 80688114 United States 08/02/2021 04:50 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Question why would you think "round two" would be anything more than a 2 day cold? You understand you have antibodies and they will last for half a life time or more right? Quoting: yomanyo I got tested for antibodies but I didn’t have any. I’m hoping my T cell immunity will be good though. Antibodies only last a few months as I remember. There has been few reports on here of people getting it 2nd time after about a year and was only mild that time around even after being hard the first time. Heck you could have got it already again and not really have known. yoman |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 80607077 United States 08/02/2021 05:32 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | VITAMIN D3 5000-10000 IU daily with fish oil for absorbtion. Nurses / Doctors are not getting covid when taking D3. One reason the flu season occurs during the winter is because VITAMIN D3 levels are very very LOW due to weak UVB rays from the sun in winter time. LOW SUNLIGHT = LOW VIT D = SUSCEPTIBLE TO VIRAL INFECTIONS. Anything else is just icing on the cake, not really neaded. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 73880602 United States 08/02/2021 05:43 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Just don't expose yourself to the virus. Stay home this flu season. Work from home. Order what you need online for delivery or pickup. Wear a real fitted N95 mask if you need to go anywhere, not those fake hanky or paper masks. Disinfect your hands frequently if you go out and don't touch your face. Don't take any unnecessary chances. And if you're living in a multifamily dwelling, i.e. apartments, get the fuck out ASAP. You've got to be smart about this. This is a depopulation agenda event. The smart, the healthy and strong, they'll survive. The dumb dumbs, they're doomed of course. Good luck. |

I gargled with nascent iodine & then swallowed it. Took away the scratchiness & now I’m feeling better. Also used olive leaf extract in liquid form, 3x a day along with Vitamin D, C, zinc & quercitin. |

Grab a pulse ox from Amazon. To measure oxygen levels. A blood pressure cuff. Battery operated. Albuterol in addition to your pulmicort. Baby asprin. B vitamins. Start eating very healthy if you don’t already and walk daily. When I had covid I was out of breath going up the stairs but never had low oxygen levels. Mine stayed 97% or higher the entire time. I think focusing on health now will help you recover and will also help you if you were to get round two. I hope our antibodies will keep us both safe from the other variants. Good luck. And stay healthy. |

I think if there will be anything killing lots of people this time around it will be vastly different from Cvid.. just a hunch. Can you describe your Long Cvid symptoms ? Also can you tell me where/how you got your Budesonide? I’ve experienced breathing problems since Cvid began. |
