Graphene will under emf exposure will form chains [like forming small power lines and carry a charge. So, the use of it would be logical.

Doctors who are aware of the electro magnetic properties of this so-called vaccine technology have been testing 2 dose vaccine recipients for emf. When these vaxxed individuals get around a cell phone they light up like a Christmas Tree with emf and are both 'receiving AND transmitting'.
