I love on the treasure coast, and if you pay attention to all these houses being build you will notice every company that comes in to build has a white boss and a bunch of Mexican help, especially whey they lay the grass. If you really start to look around and pay attention they really are everywhere. But there are usually doing the jobs nobody wants to do. Like laying sod in 100 degree Florida heat.

Well good luck to them finding affordable housing. They won't stay long...

The Hispanics know how to live in expensive houses, multi-generational structure. But many many left when the Teflon D0n got into office. I guess they decided to leave on their own and not get deported; since 0bama took away wet foot dry foot.

As a Texas native, I can tell you housing prices don't matter. The Mexicans here recieve enough tax refunds, child credits, etc. To afford any house they wish.
Add that to the fact that an extended family or group of families will all live in said house and divide up the bills.
I read water meters for a while, and I can tell you that any nice home with 5 to 10 NEW cars in the driveway (and yard) is owned by Mexican immigrants.
Of course, many work off the books, so that income is non taxed.
The average Mexican here makes about twice as much as an average taxpaying 9 to 5er. They have the system locked up tight. It's amazing really.

That's cause they can continue their living in a sunny paradise with easy access to water....and fun stuff to do.

We get a lot here in Georgia, too. What jobs do they go after? Lawn, tree, roofing, chicken plants, produce picking, restaurants, painting, other construction... A lot of that is in the SE and housing is cheaper. If you don't want them in your state, you have to crack down on their final employers. If there are jobs open, they will keep coming. It's bad enough here in GA that you have to lock everything up - and I mean everything. According to my FB gardening friends here in GA, if you leave a hoe, shovel, push lawnmower, trailer out and run inside to get a drink or use the restroom, there is a good chance it will be gone when you get back. They've been stealing mail, Amazon boxes, yard ornaments/flower pots...I'm in a gated community, so we haven't had that issue yet.

Country is done, just move south of the border and live in a gated housing development. You will have a better quality of live.

I live in a large gated community (with guards) and people are snapping up every house that comes on the market asap, and realtors are calling us to sell our houses because they have buyers. It's great - absolutely no crime. Most of us don't even bother to lock our doors. Residents learn of when a house might be coming on the market and tell their friends and relatives and it's essentially gone before it hits the MLS.

Totally agree. That's part of the issue, especially when you have democrats in charge. The schools are over-run with ESOL kids. But those libs in Atlanta don't see it so much because even the illegal immigrants know not to live in mid-city Atlanta.

Even set up factories for old people that the rest of the country ships to Texas as the climate make it cheaper as well as lots of room for graveyards when they pass away.
