Been using it for 10 years, every other day just doing the Sun Salutation after my normal workout. Warning: JustSomeGuy_42 is a publicly confessed unvaxxed neophiliac . The physical side of Yoga is stretching, conditioning, and strengthening the body while filling it with prana and reinvigorating your blood and body with life force. A regular yoga practice will slow aging, prevent injury, and realign your spine, while restructuring your posture to its most ultimate alignment. When i first started i just stretched on that matt and got a feel for it. I got quite good without taking any lessons as it kinda of came naturally to me. But it went a whole new level when i finally took a few classes and began to understand what yoga actually was. Been doing it almost everyday for 10 years now and fixed so many injuries! |

I don’t know why I think it’s lame it just seems asian or multicultural or something But to answer your question 5-6ml is ideal. 10ml makes it harder to get a grounded foot with the spongeyness. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 85466357 Good to know! Thank you! |

It’s very lame and I’ve never been a flexible kind of girl. Quoting: Lover_Girl stretching out is yoga it is the lazy part of yoga that will lead to injury due to being too flexible and not strong enough strength and flexibility need to balance each other for optimal health so if you really want to get rid of those pains, you need to do some strength building yoga poses, and your body type matters nothing, just do what you can with each pose and continue to go deeper and harder on each pose with each passing day |

Quoting: Lover_Girl I’ve ordered this one, it has moon phases on it! [link to www.amazon.com.au (secure)] I’m super excited for when it arrives, I’m going to stretch like crazy. I doubt I’ll do any yoga though. It’s very lame and I’ve never been a flexible kind of girl. If this was lord of the rings I wouldn’t be a willowy elfin bitch. All this bad weather has got me sitting around too much and it’s making my body weak. When I actually do something it ends up hurting some part of me like my hips or back. This sucks I feel all old or something. So I’m gonna do a little stretching and workout in the mornings with my yoga mat. Hopefully that will help! I’m still walking a couple miles everyday but not much other exercise. Do any of you have a morning routine you do? Do you mix in any spiritual/meditative stuff? Amazon Basics 1/2-Inch Extra Thick Exercise Yoga Mat ..got the purple one.. morning routine usually starts with espresso and some cackra cleansing, 30min sunbathing, then maybe if not i am not feeling sluggish, the normal push-ups, situps, deadlifts, etc just to keep the blood flowing~ cheers |
