For a group of people who have settled there foer more than 2,000 years, the Europeans in all countries have still not learned to move back from the river banks, instead they want to 'tame them' so they do what they are designed to do, which is never flood.
How is that program working out for NATO. Now they have a mission at home, how many more centuries will they put the solution off?

The US is no smarter, but then that is where the orders come from, isn't it? Flood, rebuild, flood, rebuild, etc.
