She sounded like a 4 year old.

Terrible. They have her dressed up like aunt chim-ima.

Already talking like "thug life". She hasn't a future.

If George Floyd could talk to us today, he would say that Chauvin and the other officers had nothing to do with his death. He died from COVID complications and drug ingestion.

This misfeasance of Justice is very saddening and maddening. The whole story is on video--and yet it is ignored.

This should be a real shit show today, not only are they allowing eye witness impact statements, but they are also allowing impact statements from anyone in the community on how this affected their lives.
 Quoting: BBQ BOY™

The Floyd family will make statements. It seems as if all they were interested in making money from George Floyd's death!

Can you imagine?

The George Floyd Memorial Fund (by brother, Philonise Floyd), received more donations than any other fundraiser in GoFundMe history.

It generated more than $17 million as of Dec 8, 2020. It was started for "funeral expenses," but Floyd Mayweather, the boxer, paid for the ENTIRE funeral.

Also, these family members had GoFundMe accounts:

Bridgett Floyd (sister): received $376,795

Gianna Floyd Fund (George Floyd's child): received $2,355,320

PLUS:
Floyd family agrees to $27M settlement from the city of Minneapolis!

The city of Minneapolis on Friday agreed to pay $27 million to settle a civil lawsuit from George Floyd’s family

Ask the family this:

We can bring back George for 30 million. We can do it today, you want him back...we know you now have the money? What say you?
 Quoting: 1LittlemanRp

No, the question should be "do you want the George back, or do you want the money instead?".

I think we know the answer.

They’re going to bury him forever.

Unless there’s a PTB plan afoot to start a fresh round of riots, and if that’s the case, he’ll be acquitted.

Judge will sentence him to the max and expect a higher court to order a new trial. Win/win.

That always bugged me op

That Chauvin wouldn’t testify

I know he was advised not too

It is what it is
 Quoting: LastAmericanOutlaw

I'm a lawyer and I used to handle some criminal defense. If I've got someone guilty or who has previously run their mouth all over the place, I could see advising them against testifying, or also if they're really stupid and could be easily confused by a prosecutor. But, for an innocent person, I would ALWAYS want them to testify. If someone sits there and, truthfully, says "I didn't do it" most people can tell they're telling the truth, and it is certainly reasonable doubt, unless they have them dead to rights with some other evidence. I know this one was more dependent on other evidence like what drugs were in his system, the fact he had the fucking China virus, etc. but Chauvin might have convinced some jurors he wasn't a damned murderer.

They should win an appeal. But of course there never should have been a trial.

What judge is going to want to overturn this travesty against this sacrificial lamb for black’s failure to thrive? Maybe some judge outside of Minneapolis. But it’s not guaranteed. All the judges that touch this case may let this guy pay for black and liberal anger. Any who do, including the trial judge, deserve nothing but scorn.

He's going to tell the family that the government - the CIA/FBI, the El Nuevo nightclub, the police chief, the governor of Minnesota and the mayor TOLD him (Chauvin) to put his knee on Floyd's neck to kill him, because the CIA/FBI, the nightclub, the chief and the mayor wanted to kill/get rid of Floyd because he was going to blow the whistle on the money laundering that was happening illegally.

In a fair court, maybe. But this wasn’t a fair court. This had a stacked prosecution. The police didn’t collect all the evidence and the defense had to ask them to collect evidence they saw in photos. It had prosecutorial misconduct that the judge allowed. This had juror misconduct that the judge allowed. The chief prosecutorial witness was coerced. This wasn’t a fair trial at any stage of the process. This was a guilty verdict from the day they went to the grand jury.

By the way my sentence prediction is 30 years. Such a sentence would be utterly unwarranted and cruel. But that is what the powers that be demand.
