It could be any number of things including an infinite plane or a simulation. No way to know for sure but if it is a physical world the water sticking to a spinning ball defies logic and physics. Also the paths of the planets we are told exist don't make sense. The planets would have to speed up and slow down all year to make the theories fit and that sounds like bullshit.
