I found the guy's TIKTOK page. He doesn't have any more info but said he is using the Asteroid Alert app for Android. I downloaded it and can confirm that what you see in the video is real. Whether or not the data is legit is another story...

Space DEBRIS. It's garbage leftover from rocket launches that never reached escape velocity and has been orbiting earth ever since.

Yeah, I'm running simulations in my head, and they do not coincide with that simulation. There is no physical reason for NEO's that have been there for who knows how many decades or centuries to all-of-a-sudden decide to congregate on a planetoid with less gravitational pull than the sun. Also, their model doesn't take in account solar winds, other passing objects, and more. It's broadcasting an(their) answer to an upcoming scenario..never let a good crisis to to waste. Add this to other stories in the news now, and you have to come to the conclusion that something is on it's way, and there will be confusion and misinformation associated with it.

It shows them swarming the planet, up to present day, and then DISPERSING back out into space tomorrow. However, tomorrow never actually comes, they just continue to get closer.
