Placed an order last Sunday for shipment by Wednesday. I ordered two of the same item. They shipped one it arrived today. The other still says preparing to ship as it has for 4 days now.

This isn’t a product shortage issue. Their checkout doesn’t work.

Had the same thing happen yesterday and today. You literally cannot get passed the address verification.

Tried to place the order by phone and the walmart employee could not place the order either no matter how hard she tried.

They told me "try again in an hour". The last call they said they'd escalate it to their big security team and it should be back in hours. It's not.

Also, got two weird emails from walmart. Asking you to take a survey and, at the end, asking you for all your personal information. I spoke to someone in chat and we sent the email to their fraud department. This was a couple of days ago. Wasn't filling out personal information when they sent the email to me and should know already who I am. A bizarre experience.

funny started wondering if they are having some kind of ransomware issue that isn't being reported but they are losing a lot of sale.

Spoke to a rep this morning who assured me my order was fine and was scheduled to go out at 1:30pm today. Then about an hpur later i recieved an email that my order was canceled. Tried to reorder the item and just like you it would not go past address section.
