Your mortgage value could rise and drop dramatically any given time. Hell, you could sit down to lunch and one minute somehow end up paying anywhere from 10-20% more or less for your meal then you expected when it’s all said and done. Nyblazer |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 80313618 Spain 05/17/2021 09:27 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This is like saying "what happens if internet becomes the norm" in 1995. Of course at the time it sounded crazy, but now everyone uses it and every mom n pop shop has a website, online ordering/booking, etc. Same with POS terminals for credit and debit cards. Same with telephones in the 1930s. Bottom line is as the old generation phases out, the new generation that does see the value in emerging technology integrated it. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78639136 A scam a pyramid scheme a ponzi scheme. Far too unstable to use as a currency. Nobody wants to deal with that which is why economies collapse under hyperinflation. This is it. As much of a hater I am of crypto I’m beginning to understand it’s value as a speculative investment, but that’s basically all it is. It’s a bet that it will increase over time for any given reason and hope you can profit in fiat dollars over time. But it can never be a sustainable mass currency without regulation. It’s not plausible Nyblazer |

They are confusing everyone by pumping shit coins and attacking world changing real Bitcoin. Confusing everyone how? If anything they are displaying the fact that currency needs regulation whether we like it or not. You can’t have a mass currency with these types of fluctuations at any given time randomly. You need some form of stability in currency. The fact that Elon tweeting some bullshit can cause this currency to drop in value 10-20% just from a tweet kinda exemplifies the problem here, and the reason it’s not plausible Nyblazer |

Quoting: Nyblazer What happens to folks doing work off the books? Surely now everything will be tracked digitally, because the only way it ever succeeds in mass is with gov regulation. What happens when you go to a strip club and wanna get a laptop? Will you have to digitally transfer money to the stripper? What happens when your wife sees you’ve transferred some of your currency, since it’s now all transparent and traceable, to a strip joint? Anyone else like to and any “what if” questions in the event crypto really did one day supplant fiat currency? once that happens, they will just shut off the power and everyone will be broke. It will all be gone. World wide civil wars. Governments will fall. Then the NWO/Globalists can rebuild it all however they want to. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80371922 They won't let that happen. They are confusing everyone by pumping shit coins and attacking world changing real Bitcoin. Who you think are the "elite", truly are not the Elite. They are about 2 steps down from the true Elite. You never see the true Elite, they keep themselves hid. You only see their minions or the ones that are there to deceive you. That way they can not be blamed when things crash. No one will be hunting them down, because no one really knows much about them. The perfect plan. |

I suspect plastic RFID cards and things like apple pay will be here to stay for a while… as will cash. I sincerely doubt most people will bother with crypt just for things like buying a coffee. It’s just too much of a hassle compared to tapping a debit card.
