Mistrial incoming!!!!
Quoting: Rick Deez Nuts A mistrial must be declared before a jury renders its verdict. I have the impression that if it's discovered that fraud occurred in the trial, there could be an exception. Material fraudulent statements by a juror and an alternate juror, to get on the jury. But I doubt this judge will take the step of using such an exception, since he has always seemed to want this conviction.
