That's absolute BS. Cotton swaps can interfere with certain testing, which is why they use nylon or rayon. But, they are traditionally made the same way & look very similar to cotton swabs with long fibers wrapped around a plastic stick. These new swabs are designed to have the little spikes break off & I have not heard of them being used for anything other than certain COVID tests. If you go to the doctor's office to get any sort of viral culture done, the swabs used to collect the specimen will not have these spikes. Either that, or they have changed things without bothering to tell every healthcare worker in the country.

Info on this subject is something I keep going past because I've had to get tested for work 4 times already since this all began!

I got tested once, when this all began. It was a given then, to have reconnective surgery. I sometimes regret it and also pray a closer relationship to the Most High God because of it, in hindsight. I am sorry, I didnt want a poop bag the rest of my life...so I did one test. Curious subject.

Omg!!!! Help me someone please! They are making me get one for upcoming surgery, I asked her why do I have too, I don't have that shit.....She went on to say her uncle and all family got it at a wedding blah blah blah...I said are they dead??? Then I said can I bring in my own swab and she said no because the ones they have are expensive...WTF!!!! After that comment I knew going any further would be useless. So that being said I feel my spirit saying no, but I do need this surgery, I could put it off but then next they might try saying I have to get a Vax, and that will never happen. So should I do it or not????
