I called several relatives to find out what they know about crypto.

I was shocked at what I learned...

Although they have all heard of Bitcoin, not one would consider buying it because they don't want to invest $30K.

Yes - they thought you had to buy an entire coin to get in the market. People just don't understand.

For this reason, I think more people will hop on XRP - because they can afford a $1 per coin investment. About 50% of my relatives have heard of XRP which really surprised me. Some have actively started to research how to acquire XRP.

Because of price alone, I've sold my BTC and put it into XRP. When the average player wants into crypto, they will choose XRP before BTC simply because of price per coin. I"m putting my money in the same places the noobies will be putting their money - XRP.

I'm sorry that I don't make financial decisions on my hopes and dreams or my feelings.

I'm sorry that I use fibonnaci, harmonics, divergences, etc. to determine when to purchase things.

I'm sorry that you don't have the ability or desire to learn, despite me putting enough information into this thread multiple times that had you digested what I said and actually learned... you'd be financially free forever (whether XRP moons or not). I offered you financial freedom. For free. I wanted nothing in return. I was offering wisdom.

But why in the hell would anyone want that? Why would anyone ever want to escape the torture of working at a job every day? Why learn a skill set? Why do any of that when you can just hodl XRP and pray to god that it actually works out some day?

P.S. Grow up. Become a man(or woman). If you don't, crypto will chew you up and spit you out. 90% of those who play in these markets lose money. Do you think you're smarter than 90% of the people out there? When you answer that question, you will answer the question to whether you'll make money or not.

Bitcoin came first. Bitcoin has the name factor.
Bitcoin is the coin that people flock to when they buy crypto.
Bitcoin dying is the signal that the crypto world is done for 4 years.
Bitcoin going to all time highs is a big deal for everyone I know. All my nerdy friends talk about it.
Ethereum did WAY more of a gain this year and none of my friends talked about ethereum. None of them mentioned XRP to me one time.

Bitcoin will always be the most important coin. It won't have the biggest gains anymore, but it will remain the most important.

Bitcoin leads the way for the bullruns of every other coin.

Bitcoin leads the way for the bear market DEATH of every coin too.

No coin will buck this trend.

Okay guys. If it does end up dumping down, I'm thinking 20k happens during June 20-22. I think I finally matched up the correct downsloping support line to match up with 20k.

With that being said, I’m with you and will be going all in if BTC dips to around your mentioned levels. At worst, I will take a 50% loss at 10k/BTC...

Anyway I think the above poster is trying to ask, IS Bitcoin artificially held up by tether? I think he’s asking for your analysis here. He’s just coming off extremely zealous for XRP lol. I’m unsure how that relates to xrp mooning tho because all coins are linked as you stated.

If that was the question that he really wanted i definitely didn't comment about it. I guess I just don't find it to be so important. Is it artificially held up? Who knows? I don't. Could it lead to an implosion of the crypto world? Sure it could. It would lead to a massive sell off of bitcoin to pay for the missing funds (if it was really proven and true). It would be visible in the charts that it is coming though. It wouldn't just crash the market in 7 minutes out of the blue.

The market is like a freight train. It gets momentum and then it maintains momentum whichever direction it's moving in. To move in the opposite direction, it must reduce momentum first. It would be very visible that a huge dump was coming to those who know what to look for.

And again, if bitcoin is artificially held up then every other coin would be also. So every coin would crash just as bad as bitcoin.

Your Bitcoin love is fueled by HOPEIUM. The Crypto market is unlike any market before it, yet you want to attach previous fundamental to BTC. Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way.

You are obviously emotionally attached to BTC, and there is nothing wrong with that. I hope you make a ton of digital money on your investment. If not, you won't be the only one riding a poor investment to the bottom.

Investment is all about fundamentals, and BTC doesn't measure up in most of the current crypto characteristics. I believe it's day is over, but time will tell.

I'm in cash 90% of the time. I only go into the crypto market at very specific times and if price comes down even 1% I sell my bitcoin/whatever coin i'm in.

Suddenly, I'm worried about bitcoin and 20k actually holding... if the stock market is about to full on collapse... then crypto might be obliterated way more than I anticipate...
