Losing It

I respond to losing it with a ratcheting rise of rage
As I ponder the precarious path if I turn the page.
I do savor the sensibility of the silent sage
And yet I gather the grip on a glorious gauge.

I’ve been clinically depressed off and on since I was a teen. But now I’m just unhappy.

Diet was a big cause of my depression. Also, constant stress and traumatic events, which have greatly intensified over the last 20 years.

Not depressed. Im really really really pissed about how fucking dumb the majority of people are. I knew it was bad but not this bad. The tipping point for me was when one of my best friends told me she got the vaccine. I've been angry every day since.

It's more like a soul loss or spiritual loss but not in the religious point of view (as in any day now God/Jesus will save us. Really? Where the hell are these guys?).

Soul loss is when you realize you are not valued here on the planet for you being yourself and your accomplishments, but only those whose wealth and fame is the most valued commodity in society-at-large no matter how they acquired such.

Soul loss also encompasses loss of the nuclear family - no cohesiveness - any semblance of bonding has been nuked out of existence. Instead LBTQ - WTF ever - is celebrated.

Stay-at-home-moms are OUT and single moms are IN. Nobody is raising the children. We have lost generations here.

In a society where only wealth and celebrity is honored and revered - will there be a great sadness and depression among those barely surviving, physically, mentally and emotionally.

Look at all the aid given to the illegal aliens, all the while our veterans fill the streets of the homeless, along with those who are mentally ill, rejected from their families and foster care - and so on.

Look at the all the police-hating policies while our cities are burned to the ground without repercussions from federal, state or city governments.

Look how those races - such as blacks who do nothing overall to contribute to a civilized society for the most part - are given reparations and promoted as an oppressed people.

Tell that to my whose ancestors immigrated from Western Europe to start farms and businesses from the sweat of their brows. We - the white race - are hated now, even from our own governments. And yet, whites will not stand up for other whites.

Daunting and depressing times. Hope is finding people that are like minded, avoiding the masses of ignoramus, masked and vaccinated zombies and keeping yourself focused on what brings joy into your life.

I understand... I think we all have friends & family that would not listen.., Very challenging. Prayer, reading my Bible & talking to God helps me greatly. I’m in a good mood for no apparent reason. I do have some negative moods hit me at times, but for the most part I’m up & positive. I have not confirmed, but based upon mask comments months ago, I see that my best friend since age 5 has gone Liberal on me. Friends from kindergarten through college... Same schools. In each other’s weddings etc. ... Love her & she was blind when I was telling her what’s in the injections 6 months ago. *** We know that those all injected up & shedding are out... Its a grief compilation. This is why I’m telling friends here where my peace comes from. I care about humanity & am happy if just even one person is helped.

Yes but I'm so numb to it it's like backround noise because I've felt like this for years.

You cannot beat depression. Try to take a 10,000 foot view of it and carry on with your day.
You shouldn't need to feel an impulse of joy, or a dopamine hit in order to function. Even with depression you know what you must do. Just do it any way. The dopamine may come back, it may not, but who cares? A lot of people with depression lose their motivation, but if your emotional state remains the same no matter what you do you might as well do the most good and productive thing out of principal. It should make no difference whether you're mowing the lawn or laying in bed because you'll be depressed either way, so the logical thing is to just mow the lawn.

From a religious point of view depression can be seen as a test of faith. Do you need a candy bar of dopamine to do god's work, or do you do it simply because it's what you know god or the universe expects of you? Obviously the righteous action is more important than your feelings for reasons that go well beyond you being happy in the here and now.

And finally depression is just a symptom of unintegrated maturity. It's childish to expect yourself to be content or happy all the time, or even some of the times. Happiness is a rare treat, but we've been lead to believe it's what we should seek constantly. Adults are tasked with shepherding their family, their society, the earth. What time is there to be happy? If you want a reason to be happy do what must be done, or you'll be forced to do it eventually under more pressing circumstances. You don't have a choice. Your depression is not a factor in the grand scheme of things.

In the end you shouldn't be happy, you should be calm and collected, stoic and good natured. Your depression should be integrated as a greater understanding of your environment.

This is the great awakening. Everyone will be depressed, but why should ignorance make you happy and understanding make you depressed? That's clinging to childhood and doing so will catch up to us. Don't be like Cypher from the matrix.

I have bipolar disorder. Always depressed. Rarely manic. One day I'll take my own life.

Just let your life play out, emotionlessly. Don't have expectations. Your depression is based on delusions and your thoughts are relative and thus inconsequential. You're stirring your own pot for no reason.

Let life take you away in a current like a stream and know at the end there will be death. Tell life that it owes it to you to make your existence on earth interesting if you must be here in the first place. Wait long enough and I assure you your request will be fulfilled.

There's nothing else to do.

The day my child died, He spoke to me in audible words. If depression pours over you, say “I rebuke the Spirit of Depression!! In Jesus Name!! Whether fear, anxiety, anger... Rebuke it in Jesus Mighty Name!! It flees & is GONE !! Demons have no power!! This is how we get through these challenges today. When our lives are over we are in Heaven... Meanwhile all the evil controllers injecting the population end up in Hell’s Fire. I have witnessed countless miracles & know this is the truth.

Most people I’m close to, which is a small group, are politically left. I don’t care about that at all, but they do and it keeps getting worse. I feel more and more estranged from family and friends because they want me to think differently about the vaccine or politics. I would be fine with just steering clear of those topics all together, you know like the old fashioned idea of polite conversation not including politics, religion, or money. But they can’t accept this. Feeling isolated.
