WATCH: Alan Dershowitz Calls Chauvin Verdict ‘Morally Inexcusable’ — Says Case MUST Be Reversed On Appeal
Alan Dershowitz told Newsmax that believes what Derek Chauvin did to George Floyd was morally inexcusable, but also believes the case should be reversed on appeal and explains why..

"Well first, what was done to George Floyd by Officer Chauvin was inexcusable morally. But the verdict is very questionable because of the outside influences from people like Al Sharpton and Maxine Waters. Their threats and intimidation and hanging the ‘Sword of Damocles’ over the jury – basically saying that if you don’t convict on the murder charge, or all the charges, the cities will burn, the country will be destroyed – seeped into the jury room because the judge made a terrible mistake by not sequestering a jury. So the judge himself said that this case may be reversed on appeal and I think it might be reversed on appeal. I think it should be reversed on appeal…."

Re: WATCH: Alan Dershowitz Calls Chauvin Verdict ‘Morally Inexcusable’ — Says Case MUST Be Reversed On Appeal
Chauvin might get an appeal but if I were him I wouldn't bother.

If I wee him I'd just settle in with my new cellmate and face reality. There is no way he will be cleared on an appeal. And his attorney has told him that if he is any good. If he gets a new trial the exact same evidence will be presented, and no extraneous evidence allowed.

That knee on the neck is burned into every americans conscious. Chauvin is a sadistic psychopath that got what he deserved.

One star for misleading headline.

He said the crime was morally inexcusable, not the verdict.
