Wrong. Police are protecting the wealthy, and the banks and large corporations. They work for a corporation (municipalities are corporations) that has "policies" that often override law.

How often have you heard the phrase "police investigators determined that the use of force was within department policy"? They never say it was a "lawful use of force".

Going 111mph at night is pretty much a public safety issue... fleeing a police officer who made a legal stop is a criminal issue...

The driver did not flee until he saw guns drawn. IMO people are justified in fearing the police, and that they might murder them.

Perhaps, perhaps not, but as I have pointed out and proved driving fast itself is not inherently dangerous, and certainly not an excuse to use deadly force, and nor is running from police when they draw down on you and begin acting all hyped up and ready to kill you. ALot of people run for this reason, survival instinct. Some people arent safe to drive at any speed, and if you cant drive 100 mph safely on a highway you cant drive 50 safely either.

In Texas we have a law that if the police attempt to pull you over in a secluded area or at night you are allowed to proceed to the next place that is well lit with witnesses. I'd say the way these police responded justified the flight.


They enacted this legislation because so many cops were raping women and criminally assaulting drivers that the public demanded it, and not every person with flashing lights is actually a cop.

Police lights, uniforms, utility belts, and badges can be purchased on line, by anyone. IMO a cop acting extremely aggressive or draws guns justifies an attempt to escape.

People are being shot dead for a broken tail light, or in some cases, nothing.

It is a fact that if you ignore a cops orders ,lawful or not, he is allowed by policy to ramp up force to deadly force to gain compliance. This is universal in all municipal departments, and most state and country law enforcement. Just not obeying or refusing to comply is enough reason to kill you.

IMO the agenda is to make the people deathly afraid of resisting the government. To instill in them the idea that if they fight for their own rights they will be killed. What we are seeing now with the protests is the natural direction human nature will follow. Imagine if the people used the same reasoning of the justification of deadly force that police do, against them. Now again, read that 14th amendment.
