Delta 8 THC (legal CBD hemp high) is being investigated...

Eh.. the country is not worth saving anymore anyways... since these elitist dictators are just going to keep taking away more of our rights it's time to start blatantly breaking laws. People around me are starting to do this in increasing numbers. Civil disobedience. If half the population is committing a crime, are they going to arrest all of us?

Thankfully tinctures, capsules, and gummies will be unaffected by the ban, so people will still be able to get it if they don't mind a different delivery system. I'm personally more worried about a sudden cut off from payments processors if they get spooked like they did with CBD a few years ago.

CBD doesn't make on high. It eases anxiety and tension though.

Government has no business telling people of the age of majority what they may or may not ingest. If they harm themselves, that's their prerogative. It's a farce to say you're free when you can be put in prison for ingesting something you want to ingest. Especially natural things.

And I am not at all for people getting all jacked up on all manner of chemicals. I AM for the Portugal approach. Making "drugs" illegal creates a criminal element around drugs. And people will always find something to alter their state of mind. Period.

Go look up facts before accusations next time. They equate 10mg of actual thc to 25mg of delta8. Its nowhere near as powerful.

That's been my experience with it too. All the good things about weed with almost none of the bad.
