Quoting: Anonymous Coward 52458716 no, nothing like that going on. just normal healthy lungs. i cycle over 20 miles every day. most of the time i have a smoke during the bike ride. i don't find it's a problem. i think people are confused, smoking doesn't make it hard the breath. the opposite happens. it's a bronchodilator. yea that explains it anytime i go for a jog i feel my lungs open up and a lot of body pains and tingling go away i also feel the medical industry is a giant sham my issue is i'm too lazy to go for a jog everyday more like a 2 times a week person with some yoga i think you know the answer. exercise more or smoke less i'll take the second one but you know this is just a symptom of a general decline in health. the smoking effects you speak of are just a symptom of your main problem eat more beef fat do more exercise. cut out all plant oils. plenty of salt and good quality water. eat one main meal a day and enjoy life and use it or lose it. |

Hope you are successful. Anything is better than nothing. |

People do get addicted to certain brands. I’ve put generic cereal in name brand boxes and no one could tell the difference. In the generic box they wouldn’t have touched it. I’ve done this with other things as well. Some things you can tell a difference but mainly it is psychological. |

I was experiencing my left hand little finger and that 1/3 of my hand would tingle, go numb and this would last about an hour a few times a month and was a regular occurrence the last year or so of my smoking. I was also having chronic sore throat. The ear, nose and throat Doc asked me do you smoke? He then said if you stop smoking your throat will stop hurting... When I stopped I could tell after 3 days my hands felt different and my throat did stop hurting. My hands and fingers have never been numb again after I stopped. I can't say I feel better as I did gain weight and cigs would give me a boost but no more numb hands. Last Edited by Soundman on 03/04/2021 05:32 PM Soundman |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 58122369 United States 03/04/2021 05:44 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | OP, I was a pack a day smoker from 17 to about 35 (now 44). I quit because I was sneaking out for cigs around my young kids. Here's what worked for me: I stopped cold turkey, but about 2x a year I'll buy a pack and smoke 2-3 cigs then throw them out. For some reason I could never adjust to the thought of NEVER doing it again, so I smoke on occasion --like when I'm hanging with my old high school buds. I do this with booze too. |

You won't even want more than one organic a day. I have maybe one a month now. They kick like a cigarette if you haul hard enough. I bought five packs of nirdosh off amazon I still have most of them. Also you will realize 100% is much more satisfying and you won't need to smoke so often. Mix it with a little of their Turkish Tobacco. |
