Can We Get Back To The Van Allen Belts? Moon Hoax vs Alien Visitors | |

Let's just Hypothetically say you went through them with no shielding at all. Let's say you even received a fatal dose of radiation over several hours. You would still have time to land on the moon, take off, return safely and die a few days or weeks later on earth. Why does everyone think radiation kills instantly? Read about the guy who stuck his head in a particle accelerator, he didn't die instantly. How about the guy who set off a chain reaction and received a lethal dose, took him a few weeks to die, and he felt fine for the first few days. |

Proving that radiation can be overcome with even minimal shielding. The shielding in this case was distance and air. If you put at least some layer of protection between you and a radiation source, you'll probably be fine. |

I'm not saying they did, but they could. |

Quoting: ITSARICHMANSGAME So, my logical mind came up with this paradox. If we didn't go to the moon because the belts would have radiated the hell out of us, how do alien ships get through to our environment? Wouldn't they also be radiated to hell? I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on this. Can't have it both ways. Either we can escape the belts and aliens can enter, or we can't escape and they can't enter. Please discuss. I'll probably just watch and not respond. I'm trying to learn. It's a belt, not a sphere. In the 70's they went around it's low density edges, not straight through the high density core. |
