It's a hit or miss thing. Why is it that restaurants self-destruct over time? KFC changed the grease or the way it's filtered, or sompin. Pizza Hut and Little Ceaser(?) both changed the sauce they use and now tastes like shit. Judging from the size of KFC chicken pieces, they may be serving pigeon and not chicken. I treat myself to LJS once, maybe twice a year (there is one near my work and I almost always bring my lunch). Last time I got it they didn't give me any vinegar (I do the fish). By the time I was back at work I didn't have time to go back. Anyone tried Captain D's? They just opened one not too far away and it is supposed to be better...
