As long as compliance rate is over 95% it will continue, the UK is very conformist and people don't go against authority.. one thing we do in Ireland is mass civil disobedience, they tried to introduce water charges here and nobody paid.We brought Dublin to a standstill in protests for weekends on end until they were withdrawn.. thats what these fuckers hate...
