Times for inauguration are always estimates. There's no significance if it's ten minutes early or ten minutes late, the timetables are a guess at best.

President Trump doesn't get to decide when power is transferred.

From a purely technical standpoint I guess the new president could be sworn in just after midnight on the third Wednesday if it came to that.

So, technically he wasn’t sworn in properly. Can’t have two Presidents at the same time.

Mind you, not a Q follower, but this spiked my curiosity, so looked it up.

The swearing-in always takes place before noon. Power is transferred at noon, but before it is you have to take the oath of office. Biden could take the oath at any time after the Congress certified the election. But all Presidents are sworn in just before noon, not right at it.

Taking the oath of office doesn't mean you assume the powers of the office. The Constitution says you have to take the oath before you take the office. All Presidents take the oath before noon, but power doesn't transfer officially until noon.

Not much.. but fwiw i've been getting back in touch with [family member], who works in a certain 5-sided building .. and he mentioned that he was having to work round-the-clock hours lately (past few weeks), but that it's finally over/ he can rest now.
