Acrylic pouring (Just pour with Fiona)
I consider myself as a experimental artist. I just like to experiment with different techniques and materials and share my findings to others. Thats how we all grow as artists and peoples. I hope we will continue this adventure together and learn from each other. Hugs from sLOVEnia.

I publish my works several times a week, I am interested in your opinion on Acrylic pouring techniques.

Beautiful work. I think this technique is wonderful if it is executed well as you did. There are many crappy/amateurish pours out there so it gets a bad reputation sometimes but you are clearly skilled.

Practising Dutch pour with Marina ~ Gorgeous Earthy colour combination ~ Fluid art painting

My stepdaughter Marina @CraftyMuffin92 came to me again with a beautiful colour combination and a wish to do a Dutch pour together. It was a good opportunity for me too, because I really need more practise to create a decent Dutch pour acrylic painting. - 30% Vallejo pearl medium, 30% Amsterdam titanium white and 40% water.

The colors and patterns are heart-lifting.

Old books I have seen have marbling that looks like oil paints swirled on water and the binding material dipped in it.

Or maybe oil and water paints together.

Something to try, perhaps.

I love acrylic pours, and I have done many! Thanks for posting these. MY favorite ART is Needle Felting, now that to me is art. I make more on commissioned needle felting than acrylic pouring. Needle felting isn't as messy, and much cheaper.
