I'm the OP of this thread. I just noticed the thread was bumped by someone today two weeks after I originally started the thread. Anyway the tweet from Griffin was a photo of her holding up a severed head of what looked like Trump. It's the same image that caused controversy years ago which she apologized at the time for.

She posted it on her Twitter after the Capitol riot and the post remained there for at least a week. I see Twitter have taken it down finally.
