You are assuming that the house and senate demographics don't change during the holiday recess due to corruption, sedition, and treason charges.

Democrats control the House and aren't going to overturn Biden's election by rejecting his electors, so Trump quite simply doesn't have the votes to change anything.

The VP oversees the count. I believe the VP has the authority to discard fraudulent electoral slates.

The VP could literally tear up the state's electoral counts or only read the Trump campaign's dueling slate.

This is not a normal vote. Under the 12 amendment each states gets only ONE vote. Repubs had a 3 vote lead before the election, greater now. House votes for President, Senate for Vice President.

The MSM is trying to minimize this possibility out load, but it’s real and scares the shit out of them.

They can challenge all they want. But they will need the full Senate and the full house. I am really concerned there is not enough there to make this work.

If its turned over to the house it is one one vote per member its one vote per state, so since republicans control more legislatures its more likely that the house vote results in Donald trumps win.
