Do I have an age discrimination suit against Walmart?

Two weeks ago I interviewed for a "personal shopper" job at the Lake Havasu City Walmart. After a brief interview with the supervisor a manager approached me and said among other things that they were looking for someone who would stay with the company for several years. I'm 66 years old. I don't have a recording of the conversation, but boy if I did!
