Was this rigged election a ploy?

It's almost comical as to how badly this Presidential election was rigged. Everywhere you look there are thrown away Trump ballots that were never counted. It's almost a joke as to how badly and incomptently this election was rigged.

I was just reading a story about some men that went to a wedding in Las Vegas, and there were Trump ballots in the trash. Experts wouldn't make a fix look this corny.

Whose idea was it to use paper ballots with no security check on them? Paper ballots in the day of computers? Unregistered crates of ballots all over the place?

In Colombia, we have a national ID known as a cedula. There is no easy way that our elections can be rigged because of this ID. It's light years ahead of paper ballots. I understand that Americans are highly opposed to being required to carry a national ID.

So was this comical fix done to 'correct' this voting problem by requiring all Americans to have a national ID? Only time will tell.
