Voters pass Measure 110, Oregon becomes 1st US state to decriminalize hard drugs

It IS a big deal as the Second Amendment does not restrict citizens whatsoever!

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Ain't nothing in there stating weapon concealment or length.

The war on drugs is ending everywhere and pretty soon, probably over only just the next few years. States can't afford it anymore. Governments don't need it anymore, it's obsolete. It's just a waste and an ugly relic that causes too much trouble.

China is one of the few big interests that want it to continue. It keeps Mexico dangerous. As soon as it ends, a lot of Chinese jobs will go to Mexico because Mexico will be safer. Those jobs in Mexico will then cut down on illegal immigration to the US.

There is nothing in the US Constitution preventing the distilation of ethanol.

So why is this unconstitutional federal restriction allowed???

That is where I would begin.

In Portugal all drugs are decriminalized and they have THE BEST RATE in recuperation of all the countries ON THE PLANET!!!

Yeah, for some of us its really hard to conceal all that length.



Its the hardest battle. The hemp / marijuana / CBD laws are much easier, and ultimately will make the alcohol laws less tenable.

I assume federal law will still have precedence.

They may have ruined it for everyone. Now the feds will start taking action against all drugs, including pot.
