You can see when he says “current occupant oc the whitehouse” it’s spliced right there. It’s subtle and you’ll prob say I’m wrong but I showed it to a video editor and he confirmed..

And they couldn't find 30 people so they had to use duplicates. That is pathetic.

Here is a video of Biden's speech. I did look for what the OP mentioned. The stretching when he changed his posture is odd and did not seem organic. The hand movements are odd too. Unfortunately, it cut to a commercial at the end when they walk off stage supposedly to meet people outside. It was a cute trick to do that - he was live outside, but was he live inside? I do not know. They do it on TV shows all the time, on reality shows.

It definitely moves... but then he zooms in so I could argue he touched the camera right there.. but I see a splice at 6:53 ish so I think the zoom was to cover the background moving

Personally I'm not worried about Trump winning again.

I'm more concerned about voter fraud on the Senate and House races that will happen.

Trump can win the WH easily but, serious fraud can be committed to steal the House and Senate - which is what I am more concerned about. The Dims want both come hell or high water!

Those races are not being as closely monitored as much as Pres. - and THEY NEED TO BE!!!

Perhaps it was inexpertly done for a reason. Back in the day with the drama over the Obama birth certificate you could download the official copy PDF from the White House website.

Open that official PDF copy in Adobe Illustrator and you could see how someone had conveniently forgotten to flatten all the many the layers. Thats something every 1st year graphic arts student may forget to do on a project and would take a project grade from a "A" to a "B".

I was a 1st year student at that time and my jaw dropped when opening that file on my mac. You could see how the names were changed. I have never been the same as its all a lie...

I see it. It is much like the one at 2:02 in the whole vid.

there are single white fame's present where the splices this together, you can see then where you mouse over back and forth and it shows the previews, you will see all white blanks for just a moment. Likely used high tech to make it not look chopped

you could see several splices in the video nI just watched it twice.

and he was slurring his speech.
