They will do pre-taped town hall style questions and answers or they will sit down with 2 or 3 chosen reporters. I guarantee it will not be an actual debate.

....or, they will each tape a stump type speech about the platform and what they want to accomplish. Reporters will then "fact check" and interview the Trump about what Biden said and interview Biden about what Trump said and give each a chance to refute what the other said. The reporters will skew liberal.

Do you think anyone actually believed Pedo-Joe could talk more than 30 seconds without forgetting where he was, or what he was talking about?

I watched it, here are the times of editing areas that are visible (approximate times). I am not an expert, but from what I gathered, the reason he looks like his body/neck is extending for a couple of seconds each time is because that's where they edited the speech (remove mess up, etc) and re-recorded the messed up piece from that spot. But because the posture changes during those times (beginning of speech vs middle of it), it looks weird.
With video editing, you can remove parts of the video and make it look smooth transition.
It wouldn't surprising if AI was also used. He seemed too lucid.
