I have a very bad feeling Louis that they will ultimately have this whole tracking scheme associated with banking and shopping at some point! I want to know who will protect us from the Democrats? I trust them less than the last guy who came to my door selling driveway treatments. Gen. John B Gordon and Gen. Nathan Bedford Forrest were the finest citizen-soldiers birthed in America. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77128756 Woke! And the Governor is a Pediatric Doctor. Harm none, indeed!! Until your military service has required you neutralize enemy combatants and invaders in the defense of your country, don't presume to tell us that have defended you that you don't support every shot we fired to eliminate that enemy. |

Quoting: Louis in Richmond ------------------------------------------------------------ RICHMOND, Va. – Virginia has rolled out a smartphone app to automatically notify people if they might have been exposed to the coronavirus, becoming the first U.S. state to use new pandemic technology created by Apple and Google. The Covidwise app was available on the tech giants’ app stores Wednesday ahead of an expected announcement from Democratic Gov. Ralph Northam. “We’re using every possible approach to fight this virus and keep Virginians healthy,” Northam said in a statement provided to AP that encouraged all Virginians to download the app. “The COVIDWISE app is completely anonymous, protects personal privacy, and gives you an additional tool to protect yourself and your community.” VDH officials intentionally avoided using platforms that collect location data to protect the privacy of users. Bluetooth turns on automatically when you leave your home or enter a crowded place such as a grocery store. Until your military service has required you neutralize enemy combatants and invaders in the defense of your country, don't presume to tell us that have defended you that you don't support every shot we fired to eliminate that enemy. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 77288913 United States 08/05/2020 08:32 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This! And there's a bluetooth firewall app out there, obviously called the same. It seems to work. I did a device discovery from my tablet and it didn't see my phone even though I had BT on. They're lying to people. This isn't voluntary. You don't need the app for this to work. It just takes some other idiot with the app within bluetooth range and your phone info is logged and sent to health officials. Even though bluetooth firewall seems to work, I'm still leaving all "smart" devices at home though. It's not worth the risk in a blue state. I'm not getting caught in a Newsom dragnet. |

I walked into a walmart today with no mask, the lady at front ask me if I had forgotten my mask. I told her nope I do not have one and do not want one because I am not participating in the stupid hoax virus. She looked at me like I killed the Pope, but said nothing as I walked by her and did my shopping. |
