When the United States Government kills people, it absolutely has to be cleaner than anything you're seeing right now.

Western Europeans are fairly squeamish compared to Eastern Europeans, but it's for this reason that they can kill a whole hell of a lot more people too.

Notice nothing in Ukraine has really collapsed in that way either.

The laws of normal physics allow for very strong structures to take many blasts, and become totally bombed out before a collapse is even near to occurring.
