Need advice GLP I work in a restaurant/bar and my employer got a PPP loan. I was offered my job back at my old salary for 8 weeks. No guarantees past that, and the restaurant industry is shot for the foreseeable future. If I don’t accept will they report me to my unemployment and have my benefits canceled? Can I pretend I was never offered? It was a phone call and email but I never opened the email. If they report me for refusing work, how long until I have benefits cancelled or would they? Also, can they say I refused if I just don’t respond? Thanks everyone. THIS IS FUCK ART

Don't lie to the government, lie to the employer and tell them a little story of your cousin from out of state that works in a similar industry that had covid19 deaths. Stress the fact you feel you may be contagious asymmetrically. Let them deal with the government, you deal with them this way. Don't blame me when you become unemployable.
