Trump won't do a thing in response. The US needs it's assets in Iraq and just plain doesn't have anything to gain by dropping bombs or starting a war.

However, instead of actually fighting a war or bombing the crap out of Iraq and Iran, the US would rather get the occasional egg cracked on it and continue its operation than Actually fight.

It's not that the US can't or wouldn't win, it's not about that. The US doesn't want to improve or destroy Iraq or Iran. They have their own motive for being their, and so long as they can continue their operations there in relative peace, they don't mind a few rocket attacks.
