Move Congress out - to their states/district. Disperse them where they should be - in the middle of the population that elected them. Let them face a crowd of their constituents 24/7/365.

Technology today would easily allow "virtual" work and sessions. And congress dispersed to 50 states and then hundreds of counties would create a logistics and $ nightmare for corporate/institutional lobbies and limit their influence.
