Last name sounds small hatz tribish to me.

He's actually an extremely famous pioneer in computer science and open source software:

Stallman launched the GNU Project, founded the Free Software Foundation, developed the GNU Compiler Collection (which has built the backends of virtually every website in the world, at some point), designed copyleft licensing, etc., etc.

The guy is literal icon in computer science.

It's a wonder this hasn't been called into attention before. He's obviously too critical in these fields to just "kill" (figuratively speaking).

He was a GNU/Linux guru from the beginning back at Berkley.

I don't believe he actually ever created anything but takes a lot of credit for the whole Linux Free Open Software concept.

...considering it's been used to build like every modern piece of software of any significance (including backend server of GLP) at some point in history.

I know everyone uses LLVM now. But until then, GCC was everything (outside of MSVC).

How can this guy, with his supposed pedigree, not understand the simple laws of power dynamics in the determination of will and desire? The reason why the legal age of consent exists is the fact that immature humans are easily manipulated to believe anything (and believe it was their own idea) and age is inextricably linked to experience which is a good way to gauge relative willpower. The difference in conscious understanding and willpower between even a 21 year old male and a 14 year old female is so great that in order to craft laws with any ability to judge righteously more often then not when applied across a sea of peoples we have to err on the side of caution. It is too time intensive and monetarily expensive to judge perfectly all interpersonal power dynamics on a case by case basis so the general rule must one easily and plainly applied no matter the context; this is entirely for the reason to protect the most innocents from harm as possible.

Just because immature humans are easily manipulated, does not imply that that is an unavoidable occurrence.The argument here, which evidently Mexico (with its federal age of consent still 12, apparently[1]), is that it is possible for there to be a situation where a young person can voluntarily participate in a hug, or a kiss, or whatever else.
