Shilajit Contains some C60 - Stuff you take for health - Amazing Results

Hi I know some of the members here have been interested in C60.

So a close friend of mine a few years back recommended I start taking Shilajit. I was like Shila what!?

He basically said it is this Himalayan dirt compound that is super good for you and gives you energy.

I was a bit skeptical obviously. I read it was just basically Fulvic Acid so I tried to take that and didn't notice a difference so it just sits there.

Anyhow when you all were talking about C60 I gained curiosity from the Paris test where rats with cancer lived two times longer than normal rats life while taking C60.

I am a little afraid to try regular C60 still because it is just for lab testing and I don't want to be a lab rat yet.

I did read in research though that C60 is found naturally in russian mineral springs.. and other places like around lightening strikes if lightening strikes an oak tree and stuff like that, but also found in small amounts in pure Shilajit not that fulvic acid type.

Okay so I decided I wanted to try some Shilajit.. it wasn't that expensive. So here is what I found out.

It does give you an energy boost similar to magnesium. Overall general well being and clarity of thoughts. But also this was a really unexpected twist!

I have suffered from heart burn and have found the only thing that really helps me with it that I feel is safe is by altering my diet. I don't take prescriptions or over the counter drugs for things that are systemic. It just leads to kidney stones and all other kinds of problems. Better to avoid the thing causing it if possible.

So I avoid alot of bleach bromated enriched of folic acid bread. Which is in like everything.... it is a challenge to always avoid it because if you go out to eat or something you can't always get whole wheat unbromated flour anyways.

When I started taking the Shilajit my stomach pains and heart burn have gone away nearly completely! Turns out Shilajit when I researched this is also a known natural remedy for ulcerative colitis, gastritis and indigestion. I had no idea but I noticed an immediate difference.

Also I have had back pains for over a year that seem to be gone immediately! I am right now feeling like this is a miracle cure.

My turds are solid rocks too. Sorry of TMI but hasn't been like that either previously.
