I do not believe a public company can stop free speech against government. Anything against government is protected by the constitution. Unless it days clearly when signing up that your constitutional right to free speech against tyrannical government is not allowed they have no right. They can regulate speech, sure, but they can't have a vendetta to cancel out another's argument against what they perceive to be an overbearing government.

It all comes down to the political biases of a judge or judges.

Trump's repeal of Net Neutrality can indeed lead to censorship of social platforms by using throttling.

Let's say there's a site an ISP doesn't like. Without Net Neutrality, the ISP could throttle that site down to zero, and there's nothing anyone can do about it.
