I'm thinking that Trump knows who will follow the Military Code of Justice, due to him relying upon his circle of military leaders, and those who followed Barry. The Admiral is probably an Obamaite and thus he had to go in order to keep a lid on all of the Obama officials who are soon to party at Gitmo. Plus, seven weeks to go before his tour is over? That signals that the party at Gitmo will soon begin. $500M in expansion and remodeling monies. Gitmo is becoming a hopping place. Hope the new vacationers bring a few changes of clothing. Hate for them to be staying in a room with only a jumpsuit to wear. |

I've often wondered when the time comes for the occupants to relocate to their new "home" in gitmo, how do or can you ensure complete loyalty to the job they have been hired to do. They could be compromised in an infinite number of ways. At that rank, it means the end of his career - riding a desk doing nothing in DC til retirement date, unless whatever he is thought to have done is actionable even more than removal from post. He was supposed to be replaced anyway on 11th June, so this is some sort of signal. They cut his access before he could sabotage anything on the way out. |
