I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father.” KJV Translation: 15 As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep. 16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd. kind of shows you how easily it is to change words with all the revisions done to the Bible over all the years pen = fold. Imagine what other words have been shifted to other seemingly unrelated words that sound like they make sense when you swap them in a sentence |
