Old maps are very interesting. And the whole Tartary thing hits a bit like some ME's. But there is that CIA document delineating how the USSR was hell bent on erasing Tartary from history. I don't think it is "new history" but there's something funky about it.

And the mud flood stuff is something I still haven't made up my mind about. There are certainly some bizarre pics of cities being dug out.

If you can handle listening to the guy, FE British on the tube has a ton on Tartaria. The old books he hits on are the most intriguing to me. And I am not "endorsing" him, as I think he takes some pretty unwarranted leaps on some things, but he has a ton on Tartaria.
