He does promise some of the faithful he would spare them from the hour of trial.
How many, we are not told.
The rapture is explained at happening after the resurrection which happens after the two beasts rule for 42 months (book of Revelation).
I believe God will deliver the pious, the righteous, the elect, even the faithful.
