Look its obvious some Russian element was involved and with all the intel provided there is no way the amount of countries involved would have backed the UK on a hunch.

Russia has also been playing silly games of smoke and mirrors but it cannot argue what the independent findings from the Chemical Warfare chaps in the Hague provide......they signed up to it for good ness sake.

I expect an impass with Russia in full denial but with the UK having evidence that on the balance of probabilities it was Russia but who in Russia or the Russian state is another matter which cannot/wont be proved.
